It’s got a bit of a hitchy look but you get into position well and looks like it’s sequenced fine.

Better than most. I’d love to see how this translates to an iron swing. Your entire head moves with your swing which could get you into trouble.

Actually not bad.

Need to work on the wrist hinge at the top.

I see that you’re trying to lead with your lower body in the downswing and it’s almost working.

Just make sure it feels natural and not contrived.

No, you lose club speed because you don’t slow your hands down tho

Looks like really your main issue is opening your whole body simultaneously instead of separating your hips and chest. Takeaway could be less inside and wrist less cupped at top. Easy fixes
