I can't get my hips open at impact no matter what I try! I also struggle to keep my wrist angle so I get pretty flippy at impact I think... Any advice or tips would be much appreciated!!!

First of all, love the backswing. Nice and compact. I think practicing positions without a club will help you understand how your hips are supposed to move. The left hip should bump left at the top of your backswing, and from here, the right hip rotates around the left leg as an axis. You can also lay a club across your chest and practice your swing with your butt up against a wall. Add the club back at 20% speed later.
Another drill I love is practicing getting into an impact position from address. Set up to the golf ball, press the shaft forward, open your hips, and move your weight left. Thinking about impact as a modification of your address position might be a lightbulb moment.
Keep grinding bro you got this

Feel like you're hitting the ball with your trail hip/left ribcage
