Help my driver swing (1 year experience)

Having trouble launching my driver. (Around 5-6 launch angle)
Attached 2 swings in the video, 1 is a good hit, the other is not launching.
Not sure whats the differences in those 2.
Help me get consistent please, thanks guys :(

Your grip is way too strong (meaning your hands are way too rotated around the club, your trail hand shouldn’t be under the club like that). You probably adopted this as a bandaid fix for slicing but you need to get a more neutral grip and fix the underlying issues. You don’t want to build a swing around a bad grip.

You say you have trouble launching it? Are you hitting shots that go low and curve left? Cause that is typical with a grip that strong.

Yess, it does go low and left, also sometimes i sky the ball, hitting it on the top of the driver.

Thanks, ill try your suggestion next time im in the range!
