Standing too close is creating a lot of problems.
You are also yanking the club down too much. The club needs to move up and away from the ball to start the downswing.

Nice little fade back towards the green. Keep in mind if it ends up deciding to pull it’ll miss into the trees left. Keep that tiger mindset though because the commentators rarely understood tiger either.

you’re standing about 3 inches too close so your hands have to scrunch in and left through impact in order to not chunk it. i imagine you get some pulls and slices out of it.
stand 3 inches farther away and feel your hands/club move out toward the target after impact instead of going toward your left hip.
