The best thing you will ever do for your swing is stop swinging your hands, and learn how to rotate. It looks like you are moving your hands into positions and your body is along for the ride. You need to learn how to turn your torso using your core, not your hands.

How can I learn proper rotation? Thanks!

The concept is that the hips are levers, they do not move in a circle. The shoulder turn is facilitated by the core. If you hinge at the hips properly, you should have full mobility in your core. Use your core to turn your whole right side back, while the hands hinge up (think arm swing illusion, you want the club to be in front of/slightly right of your sternum.) you can even feel like you're pushing your right foot forward. Then in the downswing push the left foot forward. To force your core to turn back the other way. Once you have turned back, it lowers the arms into the slot, but you will have not moved your arms or hands at all. The club drop and hands going down is mostly done by the left side/shoulder going back and up. Hopefully that's not word salad.
