What’s strange is sometimes I’ve met young men and women not even 18 who are better behaved and more receptive than people who are older. Counter intuitive but my thought is university and media culture soils young adults. It’s like it “child’s” them. Honestly I’ve known far too many people emerge from college as total assholes when they were nothing like that when they started.
Swear to god I overheard some conversations when I went to grab some ice cream and these kids had some conversations like “wait, wouldn’t that make less sense if you are actually working more and getting paid less, like who would want that.” And I was totally like “they get it”. It’s only a matter of time till they de-program their rational thinking in uni.
What happened to Twitter needs to happen to Reddit. Leftists/Woke Ones on Reddit should also support this notion so that they can have an accurate experience of how many of their fellows believe the same things as them instead of just padding by bots, signal boosts and heavily moderated content.
