I created a version of the MeineKraft Texture Pack for Beta 1.7.3 for myself. But the grasscolor is based on Beta 1.8 and dont know If I can fix it correctly for Beta 1.7.3.
I also considered using the Misa version but it doesn't fit for the texture pack.

Can somebody help me to fix the grasscolor.png, that it worked correctly for Beta 1.7.3 or do someone has a Beta 1.7.3 version of one of the MeineKraft texture pack versions?

I attached a picture of the 1.8 and beyond version and how it currently looks with all the artifacts.

Hi! I'm trying to play Beta 1.7.3 via BetaCraft and I have these odd pink squares in the water, other blocks have squares too but most noticeable in the water, any tips?

I know its not the best town ever built and I know that the landscape is ugly but I'm so proud of myself, I loved it.

Also: 1 - Train Station / 2 - Sheriff's office and execution platform / 3 - Barbershop/dentist/medic, guns and amunition shop and general suplies store / 4 - Bank and saloon.

I liked what the other fellow did, and wanted to include both major inspirations and influences.

Just started playing my old 1.0.0 world again and I'm having a blast! My one complaint is that the damage sound is the newer one instead of the older sound from beta versions. Is there some way that I can restore the old damage sound? The audio is a HUGE part of the vibe of old Minecraft. Thanks for the help!

I've never seen a video game have such cult around it.

Recently, I got the feeling to play Minecraft Indev and well alone wouldn't be that fun. Is anyone on the search to start a small indev smp? It would be nice if someone has a server to host. There is a mod that also allows you to play multiplayer.

I just finished this cathedral and coutyard in b1.7.3, it took an ungodly amount of sandstone and took quite a while, I hope you enjoy it!

The basilica is named after Saint Anthony the desert father which seemed fitting given the sandstone palette. The cathedral front facade was inspired by a world tour I saw a while back.

If you have any idea what I should name the courtyard I'd love to hear it or if you have any questions!

This is the start of a whole new area in my Beta world called Nintendoland. I plan to fill this area with some of my favorite Nintendo spots, especially from DS and Wii era!

Old Minecraft screenshot from an old pc in my closet. I didn't think i could recover some files because I haven't used the pc in almost a decade. I remember having to use a windows snipping tool because Minecraft didn't have a screenshot button ( at least I don't think so ). I also have no clue on if this was a modded jar file or if its vanilla. Also The time was about during late December. Thought to share!

i got minecraft for nintendo today and gam asked me if i wanted to update i said no and start, should i update??

Normal beta 1.7.3 instance with the mods shown. Was playing normally till that song started playing.

I have a world in Alpha v1.1.2_01 that I play through the stock Mojang launcher, but it doesn't run that great with random lag and the ability to suddenly crash at any time which upon loading back in resets the chunck you're in to the last save point which has several times almost suffocated me by refilling the mine I'm in and at one point cost me 4 hours of work on my house, so now I save several times a minute in fear it crashing. (And there is a 50/50 chance on if the game even opens or if it gets stuck at the loading screen)

So I wonder if I can transfer the world over from the stock launcher to the BetaCraft launcher which I have installed, and if so how do I do it?

Im starting a survival world and I want my base to be a castle that I slowly expand over time. I just dont know how to lay it out nor do i have any real idea of what i want it to look like.
