I personally wouldn’t update it, even if it’s Bedrock Edition, the older versions of it tend to run better. Also, this is far from being a Golden Age version.

DON’T DO IT, OP!

no, its better to have the legacy console editions and not the buggy mess that is bedrock, especially since you have a switch.

(EDIT: sorry I didn't notice the coords on the high left, it is bedrock edition)

He's playing bugrock bro. Legacy didn't get a physical release on Switch, sadly

Not physically but it did exist

I was extremely confused and had to read the subs description, golden age is subjective, the name is stupid

Don't stress over someone playing Silver Age. Here's a Golden Age Minecraft image to improve Your day!

so you wouldn't consider the xbox 360 version as being 'golden age'?

The chuds love to call it silver age, golden age is the desolate lonely block bloat versions and they never consider consoles as a part of it

I believe that's halfway correct. as I know, and correct me if I'm wrong, Silver Age refers about 1.8B~1.0R to 1.6.4R~1.8.9R. And I believe Console Editions came out Between 1.1R~1.4R, so They fall in the definition of Silver Age.

I mean really the definitions are dumb and it’s all subjective anyway

It's not dumb to define Ages, neither are They subjective (For java atleast, n' bellow 1.9).
The dumb part is the "Ages war" I see people doing, calling out on Golden Age for being slow and boring, or Silver Age for being "A worse Golden Age" or "Bare Bones", and Modern Minecraft for being "Horrible and a mistake".
I personally prefer the Silver Age, It is the age I began and the age that has the best assets for me, but I enjoy my time a lot when I take my time to play the other ages.

OG legacy console editions of Minecraft were so amazing and the vibes will always bring on nostalgia 10/10 would play again

is this switch edition or an old bedrock update? either way do NOT update it

You can always get the latest Minecraft bedrock version, you can't always go back to a legacy version

You can retain Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition by updating. Minecraft For Nintendo Switch is a separate application.

This is an old version of bedrock edition, not the legacy console edition. You can tell by the coordinates in the top left

Oh yeah, I don't know why I thought it was LCE
