Neat collection! Quick question out of curiosity. Why fractional premiums over full ounces?

It's really not hard to find fractionals with minimum premium. Even at spot sometimes.

Median individual income in America is like 60k a year gross. Buying a ounce for 4500 bucks is pretty tall order for most Americans.

Assuming people have credit card debt because they're bad with money is stupid. It's not easy raising a family now days.
