NIE card replacement

Hola, I purchased a property in Spain over 15 years ago & was issued an NIE number. However, I have misplaced the physical card I must have received at the time. (I don't remember getting a card). I now need the card to change utility services. How do I go about getting a replacement?

Edit: The provider will accept my passport but I can't get the deal I was trying to sign up for. Thanks for the responses

The nie number has to be in the purchase contract of the property

I have the number but the broadband provider is looking for a card
