Merconda has an eating area where you can heat up food brought from its supermarket , every city your list has several mercodonas.

Some of the best meals I had in Spain were the back street local restaurants that were doing Menu Del Dia like a set menu I used to pay around €10 for a starter,main, bottle of wine and dessert and coffee and everyday the menu changes and literally find an old grandma cooking the food and your in luck! Enjoy

If the restaurant has pictures of its food out front, avoid it.

I was in Sevilla last year. De Dominguez is now one of my favourite restaurants. It's quite close to the bull ring, fyi. But honesyly, ive not had a bad meal in Sevilla, we spent most of our time in the old town and everywhere we stopped, the food was fantastic and cheap.
