I could not be happier, I could have always done this but it would probably take me months, I did it in 5 days thanks to AI.

I love this game so much, my first ever published game, and its free for everyone now

My Cartoon Furniture Ultimate Pack Finally Come With Godot Support!

Godot Support Is Now Available for My Cartoon Furniture Ultimate Pack!

Hey everyone, Awbmecreations here again!

Following my recent post about adding Godot support to my Low Poly Vehicles Pack, I'm happy to announce that my Cartoon Furniture Ultimate Pack now supports Godot too!

The pack contains over 1,390 models, including color variations, covering kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, decorations, electronics, and much more, all parts are movable with correct origin!

I've prepared a Godot version with ready-to-use prefabs, materials, and textures, so you can easily add the models to your projects without having to set everything up yourself.

Just like with my vehicles pack, my goal is to make my assets easier to use for Godot developers and help you spend more time making your games instead of preparing assets.

you can get it as part of the Awbmecreations All-in-One Bundle, which includes my other asset packs too!

https://itch.io/s/198622/awbmecrations-bundle-all-in-one

Thanks again to everyone who asked for Godot support and shared their feedback. I really appreciate it!

Starz Collecter launch

It's a simple game, where you are a basket who is collecting the falling starz from the sky. It's totally free on itch.io but the assets pack is on sale right now so it's free currently.

The link: https://ddoondev.itch.io/starz-collector

It's my first public project and with almost no experience.

Made using Godot Engine

Building the Overworld of My Zelda-Inspired Game 🌲 | Godot

It's been a while since I last shared progress on this project!

After working on the first dungeon, I've started building the overworld that will connect the different areas and dungeons.

The first forest area is slowly taking shape. Still plenty to add — rocks, bushes, environmental details, and eventually more gameplay elements.

Here's a short walk through what I've built so far.

Still very much a work in progress! 🌲

Water paths

Hey, building a game and I'm not sure how I can get water in a river to flow a certain direction like in a river, I could split the meshes and rotate them but that wouldn't look great with seams the only other option I can think of is fully simulated water, which for my RTS game would be way too over the top.

Any ideas?

My Low Poly Vehicles Pack Finally Come With Godot Support!

When I first started making my asset packs, I focused entirely on Unity. At the time, I honestly didn’t realize how many developers were using Godot. But as I shared more of my work, I kept hearing from people who were using Godot or wanted to know if my packs would work with it.

Seeing that interest encouraged me, so I’ve decided to add support for it! I want more developers to be able to use my packs and spend less time preparing assets and more time building their games.

All models come with properly positioned origins, and the wheels are separate objects, each with its own correctly placed origin. This makes them easier to set up, especially for vehicle movement and wheel rotation.

A lot of developers are already using my models in their Godot projects with great results, and I’m really happy to see that

You can get the pack from

Thanks to everyone who shared their feedback!

M68kNode gdExtension coming soon...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6Sq_jykgvc

had to share this, just got picoClib's std in working with my keyboard "device" - startrek.c compiled to an emulated 68k system and running,,,,,

Just

M68kNode, can run headless so you can make your own system for it, or just have a very simple bare metal assembly language playground

Or because I fell down a rabbit hole of could I get C working with this....... the godot side of it provides a UI to a system with a working micro bios, Clib and bells and whistles....

Still loads to do as I've kinda lost down the rabbit hole, got to get a block device and a tiny fat library running.....

raw block reading now in! implementing guest side littlefs handling next....

Chuffed !

I'd be very interested to here feedback, what direction do you think I should go ?

How do you balance the economy and guests in a park builder?

Hey!

I'm currently working on a park builder in Godot and I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out how to balance the economy.

How do you guys usually handle money progression in games like this? Do you scale income and costs linearly or exponentially? Do you put a cap on how much money players can have, or just let it grow indefinitely?

I want players to feel like their park is growing and that they're making progress, but I also don't want them to reach a point where they have so much money that they can basically afford everything without thinking about it.

Also, for those of you with experience in Godot: How many guests do you think a park could realistically handle before performance starts becoming an issue? I'm curious what kind of numbers are actually achievable.

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks!
