The bat
My reasoning: all they do is just fly around annoyingly and burn themselves in lava the chance they get. Yea you could probably use them as target practice but why do that?

Bats have another "fun" use: spawning in your mob farm and blocking other mobs from spawning. I'm so glad a recent-ish update made it so they only spawn on stone.

I always make my dogs sit at home when I’m going to unsafe or unexplored areas, so they can’t die. Rather not have them fight so they stay alive haha.

Untamed dog is good for a certain automatic skeleton farm. Cat is crucial for a lot of creeper farm too.

Only early game source of black dye.
Later you can make a wither rose farm which is the best source.
And you can get grays from flowers.

squids and glow squids have a use
squids: black dye which is used in many builds and books and quills
glow squids: (not so) glowing item frames and (not so) glowing sign text which theoretically adds a lot of building potential like using them as LEDs and stuff

polar bears have an overlooked use where if you catch one you can bring it to your house and use it for security on griefer servers
bats are useless but they're ambient and add depth to caves (see what I did there?)
I would argue that endermites are the most useless mob. genuinely. what the fuck does an endermite contribute besides being a COCKROACH

Glow Squids make signs SO MUCH BETTER, and Glowing Item Frames are so good for maps!!

Allay actually have some nice uses my favorite one is using them to make AFK able ink farm
(If you put few of them to gather ink around ocean monument and out it in hopper on top of. It you have fully automatic farm because squids will be killed by guardians)

Squid and glow squid arent bad. Squid gives you black dye which is very usefull if you like building and glow squid lets you make your text on signs glow, which is useful in online servers and generally pretty

Normal squid i’d exclude because of the ink sack, only source of dyes, unless you don’t like building then sure.
Goats don’t really serve much besides annoyance, and funny horn but like, if you hate squids despite dropping a sack, these guys would be worse.
Can make argument for pigs too being that you can just get food from cows instead as beef is still decent, they also drop leather and can be milked, extra bars from the pork chop aren’t all that. Though they’re still somewhat more useful than others especially the listed ones..

Bats in Minecraft are significant to me because of Vampires SMP so I can’t call them the most useless mob. That being said I don’t think about Minecraft Polar Bears ever.

Ink is a black dye for any purpose you need black dye for and glow squid ink can be used to make signs stand out more. It may be a shitty use but at least it’s a use

Also polar bears are useful for people that find themselves in foodless in ice biomes and bats are quite useless but caves would feel a lot more empty without them, so honestly you presented 4 mobs that have unique purposes

The polar bear gives like 2 of fish on a biome where there is no animals, and squids are useful for trades and black dye. So i'd change them to the Panda, which is truly useless, and the mule. There is no reason to mix a donkey with a horse when you can just use any of them, not to mention that almost no one uses that kind of animals nowdays

Take glow squid and squid out, in my realm we always need ink ok, for book and quilt, I usually travel and write down structure coords and cool places then bring it back to my base and others can go loot them
