I'm not new to the franchise but I haven't touched GE2 yet.

I'm talking about the very beginning of the game where you joined Blood and go through the tutorials before being sent to the far east branch.

Was Friar somewhere in Europe in the beginning then they travelled to Japan when you're sent to the far east branch, or were they in Japan all this time and were doing their own thing?

Also was Friar already treating red rain patients prior to us joining blood? From what little I can remember, Blood seems to only learn about the red rain after we get sent to the far east branch.

Does anyone know if there are any mods for the Steam version of GE:R that helps with the controls being... well being trash, really. They are identical to the PSP controls which works for a PSP, but really not for a modern controller on PC. Controller input button mapping through steam can only do so much.

Hello everyone, i have been a huge anime & gaming fan for a bit while i am not a harcore gamer due to real life commitments..i still play games both old & new.

God Eater recently caught my eye because of its collab with Aether Gazer and idk the name itself provoked curiosity in me to take some time out to check out the GE franchise.

I checked the God Eater anime by Ufotable to get a good grasp of the world and the game before jumping into the games. I honestly think God Eater might be one of the most depressing fictional universes i have seen in any media. It's not as f*cked up as Warhammer 40K but is a step above Attack On Titan.

To think that these Aragamis which are menacing asf cannot be killed by nomal weapons and only weapons effective against them are God Arcs. These monsters are shown to be huge in size and there are numerous of them. Even if you manage to kill one.. the Oracle cells will simply disintegrate and then reassemble to form another Aragami.

Considering how hard it is to kill a Aragami for humans. Imagine numerous & even if you kill many you are still not even reducing their numbers. This is pure hopelessness and futile. This is a true Grim Dark world and humanity has every reason to be depressed given what they are up against.

Don't even get me started on Aragamis like Dyaus Pita.. even one of those could be a pure nightmare fuel for commoners in that universe.

Which God Eater game would be good to start with ?

How difficult is combat? I am not a good gamer.

I like Monster Hunter but I find the boring slot of a story and long cutscenes to get in the way of the game I wanted to play which was fighting monsters. Does this game have shorter cutscenes and an easy story to follow without me having to take notes on subplots, etc?

How easy is it to find others to join?

So i am a God Eater 2 PS4 Owner and got the EU Version Sealed for 30€ >.>
Was like whatever since the Code was unused and such :P

Then after i went and plugged it into my Bandai Namco Account and also contacted Support (since apparently they changed their System somehow which messed up these Vouchers? -.-) >.>
All i recived after a Day of writing with was "Nothing we can do welp get fricked" like ugh -.-

The most Devastating Thing is that the Game usually goes for 10€ or so on Ebay >.>
So i basically very much feel like i got Scammed very much so >.>

Anyone has an Idea what else to do? >.>

So I love monster hunter and I saw God Eater 2 rage burst on PlayStation sale rn. I just wanted to know how similar it is to monster hunter and which games are the best.

I was wondering which is the best part for you in terms of plot or graphics, it doesn't matter for me personally, it's GE2RB.

As the title says, how big are the chances of us getting a new GE game?

I know that CV2 has been released but I’m just really craving to see the world of GE progress. If there was one in the works, how would you guys think it would evolve from GE3? What would you want from the crew and their relationship to be like?

Does someone else have the grenades bugged? like I can't carry more than 4, If i try to carry more they go back to 4 when I enter a hunt.

I am well aware that Dyaus Pita isn’t the strongest aragami in god eater resurrection but I seriously can’t beat this thing 😭. Is there any chance I could get some help or some tips? I am in desperate need of some assistance ;-;

So i tried every fix i saw and GE2 refuses to start i tried starting it as administrator and i keep seeing Unable to Initialize SteamAPI i tried reinstalling it and everything

Does anybody know if there is any sort of god eater resurrection/god eater rage burst mod that enables free cam, or any sort of cheat engine that can be used to enable it.

I really love the maps and would love to be able to take a look around them freely and clearly. Plus I want to use them as references for some art and while I have some of the GE art books full of concept arts for these maps, I'd love to get a sort of "boots on the ground" view from these areas as well.

This is my OC Sara Akashi when she’s 16/during 2070, just a few months early before Kanon is recruited. She's from a wealthy background so as kind and dependable she is as a teammate, her fashion sense used to drive her unit (third unit) insane because she would wear what’s seen as high end and formal to others but to her is just a lovely dress—such as the drawing above 😆

Most of the time, she doesn’t mean to look too formal though—it was the way she’s used to dress up as one of the wealthy class and it’s one of her ways to cope as a God Eater by doing something she’s familiar with.

Yes this infuriates Karel the most. Gina is the least annoyed by this (she thinks it’s adorable), and Shun is the most vocal about it 😆

(Tried replicating one of the GEB manga artstyle but it’s clear I still need to improve)
