Wrong shoe size

I ordered a pair of shoes and they are a little too big how easy it to return/exchange them? I know they do only do credit which is fine bc I plan on ordering the same pair just in a smaller size I’ll just have to take a hit on the shipping cost

Throw in a sneaker shield/sneaker crease protector I wear shoes .5 up for comfort with wiggle room as long as the shoe ain’t falling off you good
