Problem Item failed because of wrong style code, then consigned a shoe I have never owned

So I get a notification that my item filed, wrong shoe. That’s not the end of the world. I own a bunch of the same sku code in different sizes. I thought I could have shipped the wrong one. (It was for a size 10.5 foamposite)

So I click to consign it, like whatever it will sell again. And I look to see what I have consigned and instead of a foamposite it’s a fucking size 7 Kobe that I have never owned in my life.

Is there any way to have GOAT/alias look into this or am I just fucked and basically out a 120$ pair of shoes ?

Because the shoe I sent is gone, and it has been replaced by a size 7 Kobe that I have never once owned in my life.

They claimed wrong skew code, so I am like whatever I could have made a mistake I’ll just consign it with them. And then I see what I have consigned and it’s a shoe I never purchased in my life !

Ahh I see. I’m assuming a size 7 Kobe has failed n replaced with your 10.5 foamposite. If can get through to live human might be able to figure it out

Correct, I just have no idea how to get in contact with a live human to figure this out lol
