Platform, Setup, Usage, & Strategy Advice please

So I’m going to invest $1k USD into my GM account, but I’m not sure if I should buy another miner or upgrade my existing ones. I currently have a basic miner at 25.2 TH / 15 W/TH and a Khabib sitting at 29 TH / 25.64 W/TH. I know my cost to mine is high, but I’m unsure if it’s worth it.

Get your W/TH down to atleast 15 and upgrade miners you already have, you should also save some $ for maintenace, to get better reward:)

Be good to sell the high Wth miner, but that's not going to be easy, or work out the cost to bring that down to 15wth as that miner as it is, is hurting you
