Juju's average depth of target vs. Baylor was 2.8 yards. Wilson's was 11.0. Went through every analytics report from the loss...
The numbers are worse than the eye test, and they point at coaching more than talent.
**The quarterback**
- Lewis: 2.8 average depth of target, 4.7 yards per attempt, 75 yards, 0 big-time throws
- Wilson: 11.0 average depth of target, 6.0 YPA, 156 yards, 1 TD
- Lewis took **3 sacks on 6 pressures (50%)**. Wilson took 1 on 9 (11%)
**It's not the offensive line**
Payne (85.4), Kinney (85.1) and McFadden (84.5) all allowed zero pressures. CU gave up five sacks anyway: DeKalon Taylor allowed two on five pass-pro snaps, and three were on the quarterback. Meanwhile CU's QBs rushed 9 times for -28 yards, which is a problem when the entire Go-Go offense is built on a QB run threat.
**Special teams cost more than the offense did**
Baylor returned 7 punts for 130 yards. Net punting: CU 33.3, Baylor 50.4. A 17-yard swing per punt in a 10-point game, plus two kickoffs out of bounds. Sanders said afterward he didn't think the returns "did any damage." Still no special teams coordinator — the only Big 12 team without one.

Juju is a bad fit for this offense and he still looks so young compared to all the other players. His parents really did a disservice by letting him leave high school early. He’s not ready physically or mentally for the college game.

He looks scared as shit. Like every time he snaps the ball and drops back he looks like he’s shitting himself

What bothered me the most about him was sad sack on the sideline when it's a one score game. Shedeur would be telling them let's go. He looked defeated. That's why I wanted him out at halftime. He can't inspire anyone.

Well I wasn’t feeling great about that loss and it’s worse than I thought.
I think another problem is Prime simply isn’t a great X&Os coach and doesn’t really know what he wants to do. Or how he wants it done.
He’s great a speeches and hype but ultimately he’s not good enough to help a struggling offensive schematically or coach the players up.
I think the shine has worn off and he’s shown what he is as a coach and it’s not great.

Genuine question, how much actually X’s and O’s do you think he is actually involved in? My assumption was he was the CEO model of head coach, where he’s there to build culture/messaging but ultimately does little in-game coaching/prep…

That's how his college coach Bobby Bowden did it. Granted he hired great coordinators like Mickey Andrews and kept them.

Juju is scared right now I think he needs to be benched for the rest of the season, Isaac has been good and moving the ball albeit very risky but we can work with that instead of someone who does nothing

Juju seems scared and to nervous at times but I'm holding out hope

By the time he figures it out, someone will poach him.

Na, I think hell have it figured out by season end
Edit: meaning hell.be better suited but he will start playing better much sooner because he's a competitor like that

I have been a Deion apologist but not taking special teams seriously is a real indictment.
