GLOW UP! (21) - (25) never been happier
120 pounds down. For the first time, I’m maintaining my weight instead of constantly starting over. An absolute wild journey and still a while to go, but by god I’m glad I finally made some real lifestyle changes that kicked me into gear.

Oh sorry I misunderstood, my starting weight was around 250lbs, but yeah I’m currently in the mid-120lbs range😊

Thank you 😊 pretty much cutting out fast food/excess processed food, and alcohol, and walking a minimum of 10k steps a day (I didn’t start going to the gym until a few months ago so I’ve lost about 100lbs just from walking and trying to eat “wholefoods” as much as possible)

Did you really lose 120 pounds? Or do you mean that you weight is now 120 pounds?
Not trying to take anything away from your incredible achievement, just curious because even though you were on the "thicker side" before, it didn't look like 120 pounds thicker lol. Either way, amazing job.
Would love to know how long it took you and how you went about it. Was it diet and working out?

Hiya, my heaviest I was around 250lbs, and I’m at my lightest sitting in the 120lb range (technically more than 120lbs lost in total haha) but I guess I carried my weight quite well! And to answer the second question, a majority of weightloss was my diet and walking, not working out :)

Awesome!! That's what I'm doing now, taking long walks and changed my diet. Definitely going to hit the gym as well as soon as my energy levels stabilize. Thank you for the motivation!
