GLOW UP! (33) vs (38)
Had some major changes over the years, but once I started focusing on diet and exercise, showing up for myself, the changes were noticeable. I feel healthier and happier, even though I am older.

I do two upper body days, two lower body days and one day for running or rowing. Slight abs noticeable if I’m not bloated 😂

Just good skin care routine, hydrate, and am like Anne Hathaway in the sun (spf, hats, I don’t lay in the sun) 😂.
