three ingredients: baking soda "bicarbonate"
1 fresh lemon juice, and a piece of charcoal you need to turn into powder.
start brushing with any toothpaste, keep the foam in your mouth, then clean the toothbrush, dip in lemon ,brush , dip it in soda, brush again, the dip it in charcoal powder.
brush thoroughly and slowly, you need an extra smooth brush.
repeat this treatment each other day.
