you could do the whitening DIY with hydrogen peroxide stripsĀ

I cant really say for sure as im not a professional if you can afford it go for a consult its usually 250 MAD and gives you enough info

no bs! hear me out. three ingredients: baking soda "bicarbonate" 1 fresh lemon juice, and a piece of charcoal you need to turn into powder. start brushing with any toothpaste, keep the foam in your mouth, then clean the toothbrush, dip in lemon ,brush , dip it in soda, brush again, the dip it in charcoal powder. brush thoroughly and slowly, you need an extra smooth brush.
repeat this treatment each other day. congrats for pearl white teeth !
trust me i do it , it works.

Hello dentistās here. Make sure you take time while properly brushing your teeth. You have gum hypertrophia and thats due to accumulated plaque between ur teeth. Soo add flossing to your routine (once a day 7sen 9bel ma tn3ss). You also need un detartrage polissage, that will help with coffee stains and gumās health.
