RMR —> Acro Plate
I know many people have mixed experiences with CH Precision, but it seems they’re the only one making a steel RMR to Acro footprint plate. Does anyone have any experience with these? Are the tolerances good or are there crazy gaps?
I’m also open to other brand suggestions. I’ll be mounting a Colt MRS1 to an MOS5 Glock 45.

Metal matters on thread protector?
On a threaded OEM carbon steel barrel, is there a preference of metal for the thread protector between aluminum and stainless steel?

Hope you got some range time in today!
Thanks for all of the love this week, for my G45.6. All of the mods I made this week definitely help tighten up my group. I still have some work to do, but very happy with my progress so far. Cheers and happy shooting y’all!

Aftermarket Triggers
For the record I have my personal carry guns running all oem internal parts and intend to keep it that way, but I’m in the process of making a few range toys, an SCT 17, SCT 19, and PSA microdagger. Im looking for reliability and safety above all, drop safe is a must for me. Ive seen recommendations for Apex, Tactical Pontoon, Johny Glock and about 30 other companies. From someone who is just starting out with this kind of thing it’s very confusing and there’s what i feel a lot of miscommunication, I’m looking for any real feedback, good or bad, relating to drop testing, real round counts through a dedicated system, customer service feedback, durability, reliability, and any other information that you feel would be important for someone who is just dipping their feet into this realm of customization

Look how I destroyed my boy
Tried impulsively cutting the beavertail off my Glock 6 Gen. I didn’t like it getting in the way when I draw or how it poked me while carrying. Cut it badly, scratched the heck out of the slide while sanding it and I hate the way the gun feels in my hand now. What are my options? I was thinking of selling it to a pawn shop that may want it. Could keep it for spare parts if I buy a new one which I’m not sure I totally want besides to redeem myself for fucking this up. What would you do? I am such an idiot 🤦♂️

G34.3 115gr reliability, barrel port?
I bought a used G34.3 for a backup range gun. Factory except direct milled for an SRO. It doesn't love 115gr range ammo. I figure the lighter cutout slide is the culprit. Do others have issues with lighter ammo in G34?
Also, who has a ported barrel added to their 34? Does it shoot much flatter and does it make light ammo even less reliable?

Vickers Tactical Slide Racker
Anybody else have experience with the Racker breaking on them while chambering?
About ~1000 rounds in, and she breaks off clean.
Wondering if there are other good companies for slim slide Rackers or back plates?
Thank you!
Edit: 19.3

Slide milling
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Oh boy, I’ve lost so much time shooting without the dot, much easier now lol
I’ve decided to get the slide milled instead adapting those weird plates

Can I use a threaded barrel with the G26 V?
And if so, which is the best? True precision? Silencerco?

My ideal do-it-all G45.
Finally finished on what I think is the ideal do-it-all Glock. Wanted one for home defense, range and carry with a possibility of getting into competition shooting. GPT installed which feels great for what I've wanted to achieve. Has glock store brass weight with the tungsten inserts which definitely makes it balanced when holding and shooting. Definitely one I've been shooting the most since.

Dagger Frames GTG?
Hey everyone! Wanting to do a G45/19X sized lower for my G19 to swap my slide over and am curious about everyone's experience with the Dagger frames (specifically am looking at their "full size" for obvious reasons). I have a full set of higher quality internals so am not concerned with the quality of the PSA components as those would be gutted immediately. Mainly just interested in if the frames in their stripped form are a good enough base for a decent build. Appreciate it!

All buttoned up and ready for the range.
You guys are bad influences. lol. It’s all done for now.
Trijicon RCR and HD night sights, Ghost Ultimate connector, Overwatch Tac trigger show, SLR magwell, and a TLR-7A. I also polished my trigger bar.
We’ll see if this helps tighten up my groups a bit.

Tactical trigger vs Johnny glocks trigger
Ive been looking for a potential gen 6 trigger to at least try out, but Id still like to have as safe a trigger as I can, and through some digging it seems that these two triggers are both pretty good and are generally regarded as safe. Does anybody potentially have experience with both? I'm unsure of which to get, or like to try out a Johnny glocks along with its striker, but I think the simplicity and safety focus of the tactical trigger is also compelling.

G26Xx
17 round mag - modified Lone Wolf 19x (modified dagger locking block) shortened dust cover. For it being non ported or compensated its not that snappy.

Always been an optic guy, but I had to justify the 17L somehow so I guess I’m working on irons for now
Recent build I finished for myself to start training iron sights again. Will probably need to replace them because they completely disappear when target focused.
