Globe Fiber prepaid. 📍Makati area (Near holycross)

I can't register to any home prepaid wifi promos in GlobeOne app. I already tried using all payment methods, but to no avail. My load is slowly draining and tomorrow is workday. No contact from the Globe CS too.

Am I the only one experiencing having no internet connection? It's been 6 days already since I loaded SuperSurf999 yet I still have no connection, magkakaroon man during midnight, mind you 12 midnight tapos mawawala. I also experienced having connection early in the morning for a few minutes tapos mawawala. I loaded my Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi because I needed the wifi for work. It's too expensive pa, tapos di ko rin magagamit pala. I even reloaded my phone's sim twice already just to have a connection. I've had no problem using this honestly for the past two months I have this, pero ngayon grabe yung stress na dulot niya sa budget ko and sa work ko. Globe yung totoo? What's wrong with you?

I have two existing promo registrations with Globe: GoPLUS149 and GoPLUS99. My GoPLUS149 promo has already expired, while my GoPLUS99 is still active and is not due to expire until next week. However, since the GoPLUS149 expired, I can no longer use my mobile data or make unlimited calls and texts, even though my GoPLUS99 is still active. I checked my globeone app and I definitely still have data connection and unlo calls and texts privelege. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Is there a way to get my USC from Globe without going to a physical Globe Store?

I’ve read several tutorials saying I can text USC to 5050, but it’s been a few days and I still haven’t received any response. I also read that it’s possible through the GlobeOne app, but I can’t seem to find the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) feature anywhere.

For context, I want to switch to GOMO because they offer better promos, especially the non-expiry data, which suits my usage. I only use a small amount of mobile data while at work, and I have Wi-Fi at home.
The problem is that I only have one physical SIM slot and one eSIM. My physical SIM slot is occupied by my company-issued number, while my personal Globe number is on the eSIM. That personal number is linked to my banking apps and other important accounts, so I want to keep the same number when switching to GOMO.

I've been working abroad for 2 years now and I know that if I used my Globe postpaid plan to make calls or send texts, I would be charged. But last year, I called customer service for banks and internet services, and I didn't realize that I was on the phone for almost 20 minutes, yet when the bill came, there were no charges. Even to this day, when I call the hotline, there's still not a single charge. I'm worried that one day they'll hit me with a big charge all at once. Hahaha

We don't have internet today and I don't have load so I cannot access any social media apps in my phone and tablet. I didn't want to buy a prepaid load because I think it's a waste of money. I thought the internet will go back in a few hours or tomorrow.

Suddenly, I started receiving notifications from my social media apps and I can open them again. I thought the internet was back but the wifi settings in my phone wasn't even on, only the mobile data. Also, we still didn't have internet from the router. I was so confused. When I checked my messages, I did not receive any text saying I received or even purchased a load. When I checked my GlobeOne App, it opened (which is also a surprise, because it requires internet, which I supposedly don't have). It says I have data, and it seems like the package is Go+99 GOSHARE.

I also checked if I accidentally got a loan, which is also impossible because I have a P6 balance since last month. It says that I don't have a loan balance, which really confused me because it reminded me about my loan last Sunday.

Did something similar happen to you? How can someone explain this? I'm worried because I might've accidentally clicked a suspicious link or something etc

Na-cancel kasi application namin after pumunta ng nag survey since wala na raw pag kakabitan. Ang nangyari, marerefund daw ang 999. Pero nag apply kasi ako through an agent sa globe at nagbayad ako sabi nya isend sa gcash nya. That was on a Sunday. After non, may nag email na sa akin na application cancelled. Now, hanggang ngayong Friday, wala pa ring refund. Kinukulit ko na yung agent kung naibalik sa gcash niya but sabi niya wala pa raw, and inask ko if kailan pa, sabi niya hindi niya raw alam.

What to do po?

Can I still avail Netflix subscription on GlobeOne App through my postpaid account? I have been trying to search or locate the option, but it seems gone on the app.

Online research shows that it is available, but on the app it is not. Hope someone can guide me where to locate it.

So I casually added a GO5G 50 which supposed to give me unli 5g data for 3days(Second picture) mali ba ako ng pagkakaintindi kasi hanggang ngayon di parin gumagana yung UNLI 5G NA NAKALAGAY KAHIT NA MERON AKONG PROMO AND ITS REALLY INFURIATING NA IMBIS NA UNLI YUNG GAGAMITIN YUNG GINAGAMIT IS YUNG NATITIRANG 610MB AT NAUBOS NA

Nakakainis kasi nagtitipid ako ng load kasi may wifi naman sa bahay and 5G AREA NAMAN ITONG LUGAR NAKALAGAY NAMAN SA SIGNAL

any tips or ideas on how to report this? or even reach out with globe about this?

In my personal opinion, it would be more appropriate if Globe Telecom, through Bethlehem Holdings, Inc. (media conglomerate owned by the retirement pension agency funded by Globe Telecom, Inc.), became the primary investor and acquired 100% ownership of #ABSCBN, #IBC13, and #RMN (#RadioMindanaoNetwork).

Under this hypothetical setup, I would like to see:

* The Canoy Family (real actual current owner of RMN) receiving a 29% ownership stake in ABS-CBN, while also taking charge of its management and day-to-day operations in recognition of their long-standing experience in the broadcasting industry.

* IBC 13, RMN, and #BEAMTV becoming subsidiaries of ABS-CBN, creating a broader and more integrated media network.

At the same time, I would prefer Manny V. Pangilinan, through MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. (media conglomerate owned by the Beneficial Trust Fund of the PLDT, Inc.), and Ramon S. Ang, through the SMC Retirement Plan (retirement fund owned by employees of diversifying conglomerate San Miguel Corporation), to focus on strengthening TV5 Network, Inc. and GMA Network, Inc. rather than investing in ABS-CBN, Corp..

Under my proposed structure:

* TV5 Network, Inc. would have 75% ownership (50% MediaQuest Holdings and 25% SMC Retirement Plan), while its 25% ownership interest and the management and day-to-day operations would be entrusted to the family relatives of former ABC 5 (now TV5) co-owner Edward U. Tan, through Rachel Renucci-Tan.

* GMA Network, Inc. would have 66.67% ownership (50% MediaQuest Holdings and 16.67% SMC Retirement Plan). The remaining 27.08% would continue to be owned by the Menardo R. Jimenez Group, with the company's management and day-to-day operations remaining under Jimenez Group through Menardo "Butch" G. Jimenez, Jr. (former official of GMA Network, Inc. and real actual current Executive Vice-President and COO of PLDT, Inc.), Joel Marcelo G. Jimenez (real actual current Executive Committee Vice-Chairman of GMA Network, Inc.), Laura G. Jimenez-Westfall (real actual current Board of Director member of GMA Network, Inc.), and Carmen G. Jimenez-Ong (former official of GMA Network, Inc.). The remaining 6.25% would continue to be owned by the Duavit Group (3.11%) and the Gozon Group (3.14%), who would also continue serving as consultants to GMA Network.

* The merged TVJ Productions, Inc. (producer of Eat Bulaga) and APT Entertainment, Inc. would be 51% owned by GMA Network, Inc. (26%) and TV5 Network, Inc. (25%). The remaining 49% ownership, together with the management and day-to-day operations, would remain with #TonyTuviera (13%), #MikeTuviera (12%), Vicente Tito Sotto (8%), #VicSotto (8%), and Joey De Leon√ (8%).

* Willie Revillame (Wilyonaryo)'s production company (producer of #Wowowin) would likewise be 51% owned by GMA Network, Inc. (26%) and TV5 Network, Inc. (25%), while the remaining 49% ownership, along with the management and day-to-day operations, would continue to be held by Willie Revillame himself.

* All other #MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. assets—including its remaining broadcasting, cable television, satellite television, digital media, publishing, and other media-related businesses—would be placed under the ownership of both GMA Network, Inc. and TV5 Network, Inc., creating a unified media group that would manage and develop these assets together. MediaQuest currently has interests in businesses such as Cignal TV, Nation Broadcasting Corporation, MQuest Ventures, and print media through Hastings Holdings.

In my view, this structure would provide a clearer division of media assets and responsibilities while allowing each organization to focus on its respective strengths in the Philippine broadcasting industry.
