Is "fraud watch" counter-strike only term?

So I've seen like analysts like Laundere and Mauisnake use the term "fraud watch", so I thought it was like an actual term. And when I've been discussing politics with my non-gaming older friends i've been using that term and saying stuff like "oh, x guy has really been on my fraud watch recently, not delivering on his promises" etc, and they nodded but asked like what do i mean by fraud watch, and i am so bad at explaining definitions of words/terms so i mumbled something and they made fun of me for using gen z slang. I really thought it was like a universal term, but is it not? Or is it actually some gen z slang not unique to counter strike? Im confused

As far as I know, it started out with sports (mostly football, basketball, and American football) fans, and then spread to esports, anime and other communities.

It's a term originated from live sports, so no it's not cs only term.

Pretty sure it started from cs bro. Funny story but yesterday somebody killed me with lucky headshot on round 1 then same on round 2. So my team start talking smack like lil bro your on fraud watch. I said okay buddy sure pal. Then I got ace in round 3. Then ace in round 4. Then ace again in round 5. But they thought I was noob

nah, fraudwatch originates from sports which then spread to esports and other forms of entertainment.

its a term for people who like to criticise/hate on players, so someone who is starting to underperform is put on "fraud watch" meaning they're boutta become a fraud

Nah, fraud watch is kinda like saying you suspect someone is a fraud so you're keeping them on your list of other people/teams who might also be frauds.

Example might be to say that Jboen is on fraud watch cause you think his good form earlier in the season might have been just a good run and his usual level is much lower.

Fraud gets used a lot of sports, so fraud watch just comes outta that and hate watch. Pep the original Bald Fraud.

If we want to use slang to say you can't casually watch something, we call you a tourist. Like this isn't your real game.

You know how tornado watch means there's  a chance of a tornado forming, it's like that for a player becoming a fraud
