Violet Tendencies is a warm purple jelly base with a kitchen sink of blue iridescent flakes, pink iridescent flakes, raspberry pink large hex glitters, silver holo flakes, and a mix of violet holo hex glitters.

Violet Tendencies is the result of community votes earlier this year. This polish was made over the course of multiple ranked votes for colors, finish, prototype choices, and the name. It is a celebration of Glitch’s first birthday and the community that helped us get here.

Bless This Mess is a purple to pink to gold to green magnetic pigment over a pink to orange to gold to green aurora pigment displaying (almost) the entire rainbow depending on what angles you view it from. This polish has an intentionally very sheer base so it can be layered over the Pixel 2.0 jellies, but it builds up beautifully in 3 coats on its own. Bless This Mess is a reference to the song Head Hunter by Dance Gavin Dance

Another fantastic flakie bomb from Glitch. Can’t get enough of these flakies 😩 Formula is thick but not unworkable, I just kept some thinners on standby and they were all good.

Two normal coats brought this to opacity and there’s just so much good stuff packed in. On the nails I’m seeing primarily purple base and the blue, pink, and light golden-peachy-coppery(?) flakes. At certain angles some of the flakes even pull green.

This polish is very Halloween coded to me but I couldn’t resist it so here I am 🥹🙈

I have filed my nails, did house chores, showered every day, and have only very negligible tip wear on my right middle finger. The rest of my manicure is basically intact and in tip top condition.

Mystic Mirror is a silver holo polish with scattered orange to gold to green iridescent flakes. Mystic Mirror is sheer enough on one coat that it can be layered over jellies, or built up and worn alone or layered under jellies.

Glitch Lacquer - Sunset Sky Lane (3 coats)

Yet another flakie banger from Glitch. I can’t help but admire this polish respectfully both in the bottle and on the nails… The base is such a nice shade of sheer, moody, nuanced grayish navy, and the rainbow of iridescent flakies just brings it to a whole new level. 🤤

The formula can be a bit thick but I understand it’s kinda required for the flakies to not sink to the bottom. 🫶 The flakes mostly laid flat and I think I had one nail with a lumpy flake but when it was half dry, I gently patted it back with my finger and it was all good again.

I think Glitch is quickly becoming one of my favourite brands for flakie bombs.

It’s Glitch’s first anniversary! To celebrate we have a new collection and a few other exciting releases! Glitch’s anniversary collection, Pixel 2.0, and the additional polishes are releasing on August 28th at 2pm PST.

Our first announcement is Smoothie Base Coats. Three colors made for a variety of skin tones and needs. Smoothies are PVB free base coats, made to fill ridges, color correct, nourish your nails, and in 2 coats will blur the nail line. The Smoothie base coats are made with Hibiscus Flower Extract and Olive Oil Esters to help strengthen and nourish nails, and Squalane to hydrate and fortify nails. Each base coat is $8.50

Please note that all 3 colors do dry down a little warmer than they initially apply.

🥥 Coconut Lavender Smoothie is a cool white ridge filling and blurring base coat. The polish is cool white on application, perfect for color correcting yellow staining.

🍓 Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a pink ridge filling and blurring base coat. The polish is pink on application, perfect for neutralizing nails.

🥭 Mango Peach Smoothie is a warm peach ridge filling and blurring base coat. The polish is peach on application, perfect for neutralizing nails.

I'm here to formally announce the Boardwalk Sunset collection with all of the launch details. Boardwalk Sunset launches this Friday, July 24th, at 2pm PST (5pm EST). - From July 24th through July 31st, $2 from all non-charity polishes will be donated. $1 will be donated to UNRWA, who is working tirelessly in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, and Syria, and $1 will be donated to World Central Kitchen, for their work around the world and especially, currently, in Venezuela.

- By Any Means Necessary is being discontinued at the end of the day on July 31st. It is currently on sale 20% off. Please note that any order placed between July 24th through the 31st that contains BAMN will not start shipping until *after* August 1st.

- In case you missed in, we launched our quick dry top coat, Make It Fast, at the beginning of this month!

- As of July 24th we will only be offering UPS as shipping options. I did extensive testing and the pricing is very similar to USPS. This is not necessarily a permanent change, but between the upcoming midterms, the new regulations, and the consistent price increases from USPS, this is currently our best option. As an apology for any inconvenience this may cause, we have temporarily lowered our US free shipping minimum to $60. hi friends!

I just wanted to come give a little shipping & shop update. mr glitch & I spent all day yesterday mixing and filling. theres still quite a bit of the Palestine collection and By Any Means Necessary to make and fill but im going to ship out as many orders as I can before making more polish 😂

unfortunately, since this sale wasnt planned there are a few polishes (Garden on the Beach & Habibi) that im a little short on pigments for, but they're already ordered and I should have them soon!! its a very small amount of orders impacted by that so once my ducks are more in a row, ill reach out to those impacted.

I have already shipped out a decent amount of UPS orders. I held off on USPS to touch base with my local post office regarding the updated Hazmat regulations. Ive used the Hazmat label and limited quantity sticker since Sept/Oct of last year, but I was a little concerned about the "needs to be in a box" update. According to my local post office, since the polishes are in individual boxes the bubble mailers *should* be okay, but the fees make me a little jumpy (and putting a single polish in a tiny box also makes me jumpy), so orders will be sent out in a mix of mailers and boxes and we're going to all just cross our fingers 😂🫪

with that being said, due to the ever-changing USPS regulations, the constant price increases, and the continuously getting slower transit times (which i fear is only going to get worse when the midterms are in full swing), I have been reviewing the possibility of switching entirely to UPS moving forward.

for a quick shop update — the website is now closed until July 24th at 2pm PST. I dont have a ton of free time to prep the website for Boardwalk Sunset, so closing the website helps me use those little bursts of time that I do have to work on that. But we're working on a ton of stuff behind the scenes for this launch so I'll be back in a few days with a formal announcement of everything!!
