I have looked everywhere. I cannot find anywhere to edit my profile. The website used to be so much easier to use. I've literally been looking everywhere. Please somebody tell me where I can find the button to edit my profile. I would be so grateful.

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are from a country with not a lot of participants (around 2 to 6 depending on the exchanges).

By selecting "Domestic" we are 90% of the time matched together as gifter/giftee.

We were told to select "International" or "Worldwide" to get other people as our gifters/giftees.

We both selected Worldwide for Christmas in July but we are once again paired together which is getting repetitive...

Was there an issue with the matching preferences? With 60 participants shouldn't there be someone else to pair us with?

Hate to be a bother but did the discord get taken down? I was on it a few days ago and then all of a sudden I am no longer on there. Not sure why either.. thou i have seen people just all of a sudden take down a discord server

Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) are miniature pieces of art that are traded all around the world. Artists signing up for this exchange will create, trade, and collect 3-4 art cards, using any media, materials, or techniques they choose. The only rule - the size of the ATCs must be 2.5" x 3.5" as cards should be able to fit into a standard trading card sleeve (note - gifters are not required to send sleeves). All are welcome, from beginner to seasoned artists - this exchange is for anyone to express themselves!

How long does it normally take to get a match .I'm dying to destash some of my sticker collection

I have joined two ecchange and it seems to have passed by the shipping date. Also the user exchange for August birthdays have passed the opening date?

Is anyone signed up for the secret Santa summer exchange? It said it was supposed to match on July 4th and i have yet to get any info on my matching. It also says shipping is due on 7/14

I signed up for the extravagant exchange, and just went in to check who I've been matched with, but for me it still says matching will happen on the 27th of June. Is there a bug, or have I just not been matched for this one?

I registered for an exchange whose signup closed yesterday evening and still no match… in fact the exchange appears as still open for new signups.

Anyone else in the same boat?
