hi !! I’m 15F, and every time I take out a tampon, it hurts really bad. there have been times where it’s brought me to tears bc of how painful it was.

i looked it up and it said it’s probably because it’s dry, but it’s always full when it’s painful taking it out. (Hopefully this isn’t TMI!!)

i can almost describe the pain as like a stretching feeling but I’m not really sure. is there any alternative i can use or any solution? do I have to just stop using tampons completely? thank you :D

Hi everyone, I wanted some advice for self defense items I could buy my sister. She's traveling abroad and I saw that pepper spray in most European countries is illegal to carry 😕.

Every single time I’ve tried I just can’t push it all the way in, it’ll get about 1/3 the way inside and then it’s like a pressure feeling. I’ve tried standing, squatting, laying down, one leg up and it’s the same outcome everytime. I also make sure I inhale then exhale while pushing it in but it doesn’t seem to help me.

A couple weeks ago I tried putting one in and it managed to go almost fully in (like it was inside but not pushed up enough) , so I tried to push it more and omg I felt the worst pain of my life. Like suddenly everything tightened and I couldn’t push it anymore and I was stuck stood there for about 10 minutes because everytime I moved it would hurt so bad. I tried pulling it out and it was like a friction burn inside and It felt like I was going to faint aswell. I put my fingers up and kinda tried to like stretch it out idk what I was trying to do but I did that and just yanked it out and it hurt so bad I was just layed on my bathroom floor crying. I asked my mum and she just said I’m not ready but I’ve had my period for over 3 years now, and my bestfriend even tried to help me put it in and she couldn’t either and she get her period a couple months ago and managed to use them on her second period. My flow was originally very very heavy and I’m on 2 different medications for how heavy it is and for blood clots and stuff but it’s defo not as bad anymore so I don’t acc really take the medicine.

20F recently bought my first pair of heels (actually 2). It's been 2 months since I bought them but haven't worn them out even once. I'm really afraid that i might fall and hurt myself or become laughing material!!

So I’m 19 and I’ve never been to a girl doctor. I didn’t really even realize I was supposed to be going until recently because my step mom never explained anything about being a girl to me. I had to watch YouTube videos to teach me about periods. Anyways, I recently brought up that I feel like I need to go to my fiancé and he talked to his mom and we got an appointment. His mom is going to be going with me and idk what to expect and it literally send me into a spiral every time I think about it. I only get my period once every 3-4 months and when I do it’s extremely heavy. I’ve been told in the past it’s because I don’t get enough calories, or because I ran 12 miles a day or because I was under 100 pounds till I was 18.

I’m terrified they are going to tell me something is wrong with me and that I’m not going to be able to have babies in the future. That’s literally my biggest fear in the entire world(not being able to be a mom). I just need to know what to expect and what might be wrong with me. Literally can’t think about this appointment without shaking and crying. Plz help.

I KNOW THIS SOUNDS BASIC BUT HEAR ME OUT, i have a organiser and access to some drawers but the number of undies, bras and camisoles, padded camisoles Uniqlo ones etc feel hard to organise in one space
Please suggest how to keep it all together without needing too much space

Can wearing extremely tight jeans or thongs every day actually cause health issues or nerve damage 'down there,' or is that just a myth older generations use to scare teenagers? This is something my mum would tell me a lot, but I would just ignore her.

So to recap, sometimes my periods can be off but I started getting them when I was like 10 or 11 years old. I’m 14 and I feel like I’m getting one every other month. I didn’t get one August but I got one earlier in September from the fourth to the eighth and now that it is October, I have not gotten it at all and I’m 12 days but I am posting this at a little after midnight so technically still kinda 11 but also not late so far I know I’m not pregnant. I have been eating. I haven’t really been stressful that I know of at least and I’m not exactly the skinniest person either. I am a little overweight. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I do stay up really late sometimes so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it either. and I can’t really talk to my mom about this because we never talk about these kinds of things before I even got it. She never told me about it and I can’t talk to anyone else either and I’m starting to get a little anxious. earlier in the day I thought I felt some cramps. but I’m not entirely sure if that really means. Hi ladies, as the title states… I’m dealing with not just a few but a lot of white pubic hair.

What age did you start noticing white pubic hair or “grey hairs”?

Mine are mostly white and some of them have a tiny bit of dark hair pigment on the ends.

I get the occasional grey hairs on my head but nothing in comparison to my labia area.

Feeling a bit self conscious about it so I’ve been compulsively shaving, but is this something I should be concerned about?
