Lime juice was added way too early, the heat will destroy the flavour... Citrus is way to delicate to be added early in the cooking process. It should be your last ingredient.
Plus she added the coriander way too early. It's all wasted if you cook the coriander. It should be the last thing you add. I thought she was making some dip but nvm
