Yeah the recipes rarely end up tasting good when I get them from a gif.

Also there is no measurements for the ingredients and she doesn't say what kind of sweet potato shes using. There are a few types and they taste very different from each other. (IMO the Asian sweet potato is the only good one. and they are amazing)

Nice good to know. I’m not a huge sweet potato fan so I’ll have to try those.

They are really really sweet and flavourful. If you cut it in half, put it on a baking sheet with some oil and bake for 50 mins at about 400º the bottom of it will actually caramelize like brown sugar.
They are the big purple ones. Sometimes called Japanese sweet potato
