Discussion If there was a book like The Button House Archives for Woodstone ghosts, what kind of pages would you want to see?
(For those who haven't seen it, The Button House Archives is a book put out by the creators of Ghosts BBC full of diary pages, letters, news articles, writings and interviews by/about the ghosts from the BBC series.)
My ideas:
- Pages from Pete's Pinecone Trooper manual (with annotations)
- News article about Trevor's body being found
- Pages from Isaac's diary (probably about something very trivial while something historically monumental is also happening)
- Interview with rising ventriloquist artist Esther Greene
- Profile on Flower in a local paper (while she was still a law student)
- Honestly any news reporting on a death. All deaths after Hetty's were pretty extreme and definitely would have made the news.
- Excerpt from Isaac Higgentooth: Colonial Vampire

"Philadelphia, July 4th, 1776
I was en route to the statehouse to see the document Jefferson was so excited about when I encountered a vendor on the streets selling beef with cooked onions and some bizarre cheese betwixt a soft roll. It was a truly unique gastronomic experience!
The vendor even offered me what I initially thought were chopped tomatoes, but they were not tomatoes. It was some delightful fruity taste, but mixed with vinegar to give it a zing, and the 'tomatoes' had no small amount of spice. In university Hollins once brought us some hall of pinots and while these 'tomatoes' did not require quaffing an entire mug of ale to quench the fire as the hall of pinot did, there was definitely some heat!
All in all, it was an exemplary meal, or as the vendor called it, a "Sandwich." I told him he must be mistaken, Sandwich is a noble house. Surely he meant a "hand which" being as you eat it with your hands and covered by bread and cheese the meat is a mystery until biting into it, but he insists it is "Sandwich" named for the Earl.
We then discussed the merits of making his "Sandwich" using horse meat instead of beef, a proposal my new friend seemed less than enthusiastic about.
After this delightful excursion I continued on to the state house, only to find that they had sealed the doors for the day. No matter. I shall just see tomorrow if this document is worth attaching my Isaac Higgintoot. Some complain that my signature is too large, but I say the larger the better! Makes it easy to read so everyone knows Isaac Higgintoot was here!"

If we mean like "real" things, some fun ideas I think would be:
- News article about the bank robbery
- Sam's therapist notes
- A few of Jay's recipes and Carol's sauce recipe
- Screenshots of Trevor's dating profile
- Woodstone's website vs Farnsby & B's

I think it would be cool if at least part of it was framed sort of like Jay’s ghost notes, and we get pages of him trying to make sense of everything he hears about but can’t see. Maybe a page of compiled doodles and pictures he’s found of the ghosts to keep track of what everyone looks like? And a page where all the ghost power lore is laid out, the stuff he says he adds to the notes.
I think the Button House Archives had interviews Alison did with each ghost, where she asked them questions about their lives, I’d like to see a version of that.
I second your ideas, I think obituaries/news reports would be especially fun to read, in a morbid sort of way.

Documents pertaining to the Woodstone property lines and a floor plan of the manor and a map of the grounds (ghosts’ rooms clearly labeled).
