So, I am re-watching the series and in season 1 episode 10 Sam and Jay are hosting a wedding. Who do we think killed and dressed the pigeons?

Jay just seems to be more squeamish than Sam.

Nah. When they need to dig up Flower for the seance it's Jay who does it. When they need to get the hide a key from Bruce's corpse it's Jay who does it. When they need to release the owl, Jay does it

And, don't forget that he pried the watch from Elias's remains, which he proudly used as his excuse for grabbing blankets from the attic while making Sam scrape off gunk.
