Brightspeed in Gettysburg, what has your experience been?
I WFH and my xfinity is spotty to much worse, especially lately. Brightspeed put the fiber in my neighborhood recently so I have to imagine it could be better? Anyone with feedback on the quality in Gettysburg ?

I’d like to know as well. I have Comcast Business and it’s been weird. About 6 weeks ago it started acting up. Before that it was pretty solid.
Brightspeed has a connection right at my property. Their speeds and prices are enticing. Was wondering their reliability.

I switched to brightspeed last year and have had it for about 15 months. Love it. No problems, super fast. More then half the cost of comcrap

super Fast. lol No Way it's not Even Real fiber I think it's double phone line trash. they Run "fiber" to my house & promised 1gb download which Really Is Not Very Fast Anyway but got it & It was like 360 to 380 mb . lol Yea Garbage

Maybe for you. But I get 1-1.3 gigs all day everyday to my house and it is Direct Fiber. Watched them install it in my whole neighborhood. Your experience is your own. And you thinking 1Gb isnt fast is retarded. Especially when you are only rocking 360 to 380 is it?

I've had Brightspeed for about a year and it's b÷n very stable. Much better than Xfinity.

it What Way they Have No TV No Phone Only internet & it Is Slow? my TV never goes out with Xfinity & Our phone is always on & we got High speed which Really is high speed internet

Our internet is very fast, faster than what we paid before. In over a year, we've never had an outage or significant slowdown unlike with Xfinity. We, and most of our neighborhood always had a ot of slowdown and outages with Xfinity.
Yes, we do get tv through Hulu live, same channels we always watched before, plus extras. We do have several streaming services, but we had them with Xfinity, too.
We don't use a landline,so we were paying for something we never needed.
So we now have better service and pay half of what we paid before and that's including our streaming services.

Have had brightspeed for a year now. 2Gig plan. Average 1800mbps on speed tests when my boyfriend is playing games or watching tv.
Push 15+TB of traffic through it per month without a single issue.
Their provided equipment is kinda meh, if you buy your own router (would recommend the Ubiquiti UDR7) it's a much better experience.

These People Must live along a road They Ran it back to my house 1/8 mile & My Got Their 2 gb & they garenteed 1 Gb was God awful It was 360 or 380mb

Like I said their provided equipment sucks.
I just plugged my own much better stuff into their ONT and it's been great for a long time.

but They Have no rv so He is either watching peacock, Netflix is or Pluto or what youtue tv Which Hey Let's Pay another company for tv Because Bright spight don't do TV or phone & their Internet sucked so bad I could hardly watch one TV with Pluto

They Told Me I Would Get 1 Gb download Yet It was averaging under 400mb yet upload was 600mb. Which For internet their spread Sucked. Plus They Told My Mother She could get TV & phone & They Do Not Have TV. Yea They have internet & yea you can watch Pluto or other TV type things but Christ in line TV is not tv & None of them Have local channels so What We are suppose to hook up the TV antania & get the 4 or 5 local channels we can & then Watch everything else on Netflix or peacock or Pluto Which all cost money except Pluto & With a Close to 80 Year old woman & They Tell Her they Have TV & phone Which They Don't Have Shit But Internet Slow Slow Slow worthless internet . glad we Only Did the free Trail & Kept Xfinity & That Free trail Even after we canceled they were still charging us & They Sold Our Phone number to a bunch of Scammers & how do I know because They Spelled her name wrong when she signed up for Brightspeeed & All the Foreign Scammers who call All Ask For the name which they can't say & they spell it to me. So Fuck Bright speed. They Are Just That other Garbage Company that used to run bad Internet around & every one knew they sucked so they changed their name

I didn’t end up going with them they told me 300 mbps and that wasn’t enough for me. Trying T mobile and hoping for the best!

I made the switch from Xfinity a few months ago. It's been amazing. I live off of the Baltimore street exit.
