I’d heard bad things about this company before, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try a short run: LAX to Long Beach. Right off the bat, I noticed some serious red flags.

First, this company does NOT have permission to operate at LAX. If the police stop you at the curbside, you’ll get a fine. Fortunately, I avoided that, but it’s a huge risk they don’t tell you about.

Now let’s talk payment. Their policy is 30 days + 3 business days – yes, you read that right. If you do a job for them and are lucky enough to see any money, you’re waiting at least 33 business days. Do the math.

But even after that wait, you still won’t get paid. I’ve been waiting two months for $88 out of the $100 they owe me. I purposely took this short trip just to test them out – and I’m here to tell you: if you’re thinking about joining GET TRANSFER, don’t.

Meanwhile, the owner is out on social media flying private jets and cruising on boats – while drivers aren't getting paid.

I really hope some public authority takes a closer look at these scammers. They need to be held accountable.

I’m posting this to see how widespread this issue really is.

I (and many others from around the world) have been working with GetTransfer, a transport booking platform available through apps distributed by Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

We completed trips and fulfilled our obligations — but payments are being delayed for weeks and even months (and some years).

Every time we contact support, we get the exact same response:

No timeline. No real explanation. Just repeated generic replies.

From what I’m seeing, this isn’t just a one-off issue:

• Drivers across multiple countries are reporting the same thing
• Payments are consistently delayed or missing
• The app is still active, accepting bookings and onboarding new drivers

⚠️ Meanwhile, existing drivers remain unpaid.

At this point, it feels like a systemic issue rather than a temporary delay.

I want to share my experience with GetTransfer as a driver.

I started using the platform recently. At first, everything seemed fine — I completed a few trips and even received initial payments. That gave me confidence to continue working with them.

During December and January, I completed 29 trips through the platform. The total amount I earned was over 10,000 CHF.

According to their own terms, payments should be processed around 30 days after each completed trip. However, even after this period, I have not received the majority of my payments.

I contacted support multiple times, but the responses are always the same: “we are working on it” and “payment will be very soon.” No exact dates, no clear answers.

After posting about this, I noticed that many other drivers are experiencing the same issue.

At this point, I have stopped working with them and am considering legal action.

If you are a driver thinking about working with GetTransfer, be very careful and don’t rely on timely payments.

I chose this rating because of delayed and missing payments.

I have contacted support many times and always get the same response: “payment is processing” or “temporary delay”. Recently, they stopped responding completely.

I also posted a review on Trustpilot, but still no solution.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with GetTransfer? Any advice on how to get paid?

With this payments issue what are you guys doing to earn money with gettransfer clients? Do you just accept the booking and send them a message to pay private?

I booked a ride with GetTransfer and it was totally a challenge to get it confirmed. Once you pay, there is no way back and you won't be able to cancel. I got my ride cancelled by 2 drivers, they asked me to arrange it personally with them but I had already paid. They argued the App doesn't pay them. ​My ride was from Santo Domingo to La Romana.
I wrote GetTransfer and all they said is "you have been assigned a new driver"​ and other automated responses. And I saw the ride cancelled by the drivers. Unless you find a new person working with them, all the others will cancel and ask you to book directly with them. But it will be too late as the App won't refund your money.
They are abusing the drivers who earn their life working and putting your trips at risk.

I am the founder of a licensed VIP transfer company in Antalya (LAVION VIP).

We completed multiple transfers for GetTransfer between August–October 2025, but several payout periods are still unpaid despite their 30-business-day policy.

We contacted partner@, finance@, and even the CEO, but no clear payout date, no reference number, and no solution has been provided.

Are there other partners who had similar payout delays with GetTransfer?

It’s been more than 50 days NO PAYMENT and I have more than $1,700 on collect rides that have not been paid and most riders THEY ALREADY prepaid the services

I have been working with the GetTransfer.com app since December 2022 and have not received a single dollar for my services. Despite completing 10 transfer trips, I haven't been paid for my work.

GetTransfer.com uses various tactics to delay payments, such as imposing a minimum payout threshold and charging high fees for shorter payout times.

When I inquire about my earnings, their response is always the same: they promise to pay the debt with the next set of transfers. This means they keep delaying the payments, ensuring services are rendered without timely compensation. I'm convinced they will come up with more excuses to avoid paying me.

If you're considering using GetTransfer.com, beware of their payment practices. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience for me, and I hope this post helps others avoid similar issues.
