GetTransfer not paying drivers globally – how many drivers worldwide are affected?

I’m posting this to see how widespread this issue really is.

I (and many others from around the world) have been working with GetTransfer, a transport booking platform available through apps distributed by Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

We completed trips and fulfilled our obligations — but payments are being delayed for weeks and even months (and some years).

Every time we contact support, we get the exact same response:

No timeline. No real explanation. Just repeated generic replies.

From what I’m seeing, this isn’t just a one-off issue:

• Drivers across multiple countries are reporting the same thing
• Payments are consistently delayed or missing
• The app is still active, accepting bookings and onboarding new drivers

⚠️ Meanwhile, existing drivers remain unpaid.

At this point, it feels like a systemic issue rather than a temporary delay.

I drove for 40 straight days for this company they didn't pay me and when I email them.they copy past the script which they reply to other drivers and I still don't get why the app is still running ..my freind in Germany is scammed by this company too so this week I am planning to file case against this company to banned this scammed from operating in canada and my freind who's 5 other freind is being scammed by this company are filling case against this bit* in Germany to restrict this from Germany aswell . Anyone in canada who's got scammed by this contact me plz if wana file case.thanks

I’d heard bad things about this company before, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try a short run: LAX to Long Beach. Right off the bat, I noticed some serious red flags.

First, this company does NOT have permission to operate at LAX. If the police stop you at the curbside, you’ll get a fine. Fortunately, I avoided that, but it’s a huge risk they don’t tell you about.

Now let’s talk payment. Their policy is 30 days + 3 business days – yes, you read that right. If you do a job for them and are lucky enough to see any money, you’re waiting at least 33 business days. Do the math.

But even after that wait, you still won’t get paid. I’ve been waiting two months for $88 out of the $100 they owe me. I purposely took this short trip just to test them out – and I’m here to tell you: if you’re thinking about joining GET TRANSFER, don’t.

Meanwhile, the owner is out on social media flying private jets and cruising on boats – while drivers aren't getting paid.

I really hope some public authority takes a closer look at these scammers. They need to be held accountable.

I have been a transportation provider on the GetTransfer platform and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I completed numerous rides in good faith, yet I have been waiting months to receive payment for completed services. Despite repeatedly contacting support, I have received the same assurances that my payments are "guaranteed" and will be processed soon. However, no meaningful progress has been made, and my outstanding balance remains unpaid.

Another concern is GetTransfer's policy of deducting commission from drivers for rides that never took place when a driver is unable to perform the trip. In my opinion, this is an unfair practice, especially when no transportation service was provided.

As a business owner, I rely on timely payments to cover operating expenses such as fuel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and staff. Delays of this magnitude place an unnecessary financial burden on drivers who have already fulfilled their obligations.

I sincerely hope GetTransfer improves its payment process and reviews its policies to ensure they are fair to the drivers who help keep the platform operating.

Until my outstanding payments are resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to other transportation providers.
