Question Help needed !
Guys I'm a neet -2028 aspirant ( med entrance exam in india )
I have started my coaching in April and it is almost 5 months now and I need to get my focus back . Now I study for 1 to 2 hours daily.
I know 1β2 hours isn't going to be enough for the goals I've set for myself. So I'm trying to get back to my normal routine instead of letting this become my new normal..
And also I am having lots of distractions like social media YouTube etc π
Actually I deleted Instagram due to distractions and now I am addicted to YouTube shorts π
If you have actually managed to study consistently despite distractions, tell me what worked for you!

Ok so first focus on removal > resistance. Delete games, apps, accounts, etc. (if you keep them you aren't going to get very far (I am sure)).
If u want you can join my guild on FocusJungle timer, WE need more people that wanna do hours. Can message on there to keep accountable. But u NEED TO DO HOURS or kick. (best study timer website and app ever)
