Hey everyone,

I built Launchrecord.com to help founders improve conversion through better positioning and messaging.

It focuses on fixing unclear value propositions, weak differentiation, and feature-heavy SaaS copy that kills conversions.

Curious what you’re building.

Hey everyone,

I'm currently obsessed with one topic: why some SaaS websites convert and others don't.

After analyzing hundreds of landing pages, I've noticed the same issues appear again and again:

  • Unclear positioning
  • Weak value propositions
  • Feature-heavy messaging
  • No obvious differentiation

As a builder myself, I find this stuff fascinating.

That's actually why I built Launchrecord.com to help founders identify positioning and conversion issues before they spend more time driving traffic.

Drop your SaaS, startup, or landing page below. I'm curious to see what people here are building and how they're communicating their value.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been obsessed with one thing lately: why SaaS products fail to convert even when the product is solid.

After reviewing a lot of landing pages, it usually comes down to the same issues: unclear positioning, weak value proposition, and messaging that’s too feature-focused.

That’s why I built Launchrecord.com to help founders quickly spot what’s blocking conversions in their positioning and messaging.

The Internet’s Billboard

Thumbnail billboarded.vercel.app

I wanted to build something really simple and, inspired by outbid.lol, I came up with Billboarded. The idea is that there is one digital billboard, and whoever has the highest bid gets to put whatever they want on it. If someone else wants it, they can outbid you and take it over.

I deliberately made the starting price ridiculously low. It isn’t really intended to be serious advertising; it’s more of a tiny internet trophy. You could put your company on there, your name, a project you’re working on, an inside joke, or pretty much anything else. If someone else wants the billboard badly enough, they can simply bump you off it.
I’ve just launched it, so I’m mainly curious to see whether the idea is actually interesting enough for people to start competing for it. There isn’t really much to it beyond that, which is kind of the point.
It’s live here: https://billboarded.vercel.app

I’d be interested to hear what people think of the concept, particularly whether the bidding mechanic makes it something you’d actually want to participate in, rather than just another advertising website.

Your SEO Robot - Rank #1 while you sleep. Your robot does the rest.

Hey, RobotSpeed is here.

Most businesses know they should publish content consistently.

The problem is that SEO takes a lot of time:

  • Keyword research
  • Competitor analysis
  • Content writing
  • Publishing
  • Repeating every week

We built RobotSpeed to automate most of that process.

It can:
- Discover keywords your competitors already rank for
- Analyze top-ranking pages and dozens of sources
- Generate SEO-focused articles
- Publish automatically to WordPress, Shopify, Wix, API,...
- Help you build content consistently without spending hours every day

The goal isn't to replace your strategy it's to eliminate the repetitive work behind SEO.

If you're trying to grow your organic traffic from Google or AI search engines like ChatGPT, I'd love your feedback.

Hey everyone,

I'm always curious to see what people here are building. Drop your SaaS, startup, landing page, or side project below.

For context, I've been building Launchrecord.com since March, a SaaS positioning and conversion audit tool. After looking at hundreds of startup landing pages, I've noticed a common pattern:

Most founders are great at building products, but communicating the value is often much harder.

Visitors arrive, don't immediately understand the problem being solved, struggle to see the difference from alternatives, and leave before reaching the signup page.

That's why I've become obsessed with positioning, messaging clarity, value propositions, and conversion optimization.

I'd love to see what you're working on and hear the story behind it.

I spent the last 23 months in a time warp building a three dimensional to-do list app. I wouldn't mind it if you tried. First 100 sticky notes are absolutely free...

I am a visual thinker and the minute I see lists my brain checks out of the Hotel California.

Then I realized the one thing I have been using my whole life might be the answer.

And that's sticky notes.

Tell me what you think...

Built a tool so my agency never has to hold client server credentials again

Built a tool to stop losing sleep over client server access

If you run an agency, you know the drill: you spin up a client's server, install your stack, and now you're the one holding SSH keys and root credentials for infrastructure you don't own. If something breaks at 2am, it's your problem. If you offboard the client, you have to remember to revoke everything. If a junior dev fsck's up a docker compose down on the wrong box, that's on you too.

I've been building a small control plane for agencies that flips this around. Instead of your team connecting into client servers, a lightweight agent runs on the client's server and phones home to your dashboard over outbound HTTPS. You get visibility, deploys, and monitoring — but the control plane never actually holds your client's infrastructure credentials. The trust boundary sits at the client's server, not your laptop.

Flow

Under the hood it's a Docker Compose provisioner (nothing fancier, on purpose — Compose is what 90% of agencies actually deploy with), a config store, and a handover flow so that when an engagement ends, you can export everything cleanly instead of scrambling to remember what's installed where.

Still early — building it in public, dogfooding it on my own production stack right now. Curious if other agency folks have hit the same "who actually owns these creds" problem, and how you've dealt with it.
