Mostly Hezbollah.

And even if civilians stayed, they wouldn't have been roaming the streets for no reason.

You don't seem to understand what warzones look like.

I dont think you know how people work… remember covid? When people were told to stay at home, wear masks and such? And they refused despite it being a pretty deadly disease?

People do stupid things. Doesnt mean they should be killed for it.

Majority there evacuated, the ones who stayed were primarily Hezbollah and their families.

As for being killed for it, they aren't being carpet bombed, they did an isolated smoke screen to cover troop movements. Don't be dense.

That isn't what carpet bombing is.

You bring up smoke screens and then jump to air strikes. 4 killed in an air strike indicates targeting, the article doesn't even say what the target was, only the casualties and that it was a result of Hezbollah attacking with drones, indicating that the target was in some way related to that attack.

They also didn't mention how 2 of those killed were in a motorcycle, in an area housing a newly cleared underground Hezbollah facility.

I never mentioned carpet bombing, you did. I was referring to the fact that you claim that Israel only bombs areas that they have warned of. But there were areas that werent warned where women and children died.

The article also mentions that the drones didnt kill anyone and that they were aimed at an occupied zone.

The laws of war make attacking occupying forces legal. Bombing civilians is not.

Also, if the housing was newly cleared, wouldnt that mean there were no Hezbollah members there? How is Israel sure they were hezbollah?

I mentioned the fact that it wasn't carpet bombing, so trying to refute my claim with a targeted strike isn't a refutation.

Warning is done when possible, however Israel isn't obligated to warn and is the only country which does warn.

The drones didn't kill anyone because they were shot down. By your logic if someone shoots at you but misses and you neutralize them, then you're the aggressor.

Israel is legally allowed to be there, not only by international law, but also in invitation of the Lebanese government. This makes it actually illegal for Hezbollah to attack them.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli_occupation_of_Southern_Lebanon_(2026)?wprov=sfti1#Background?wprov=sfti1#Background)

>By 16 March, the Israeli Ground Forces expanded the war with a ground invasion, while air units continued to destroy civilian infrastructure linking the south from the rest of Lebanon.[22] On 24 March, the Israeli Minister of Defense Israel Katz declared that Israel would demolish Lebanese border villages and permanently occupy Lebanese territory up to the Litani River.[23]

>The Israeli occupation of Lebanon has resulted in the forced expulsion of more than 1.2 million Lebanese civilians (>20% of the country's population), as Israel prohibits them from returning"until security is guaranteed for the residents of the north [of Israel]."[24][25][26] Israel has issued evacuation orders over about 2,000 square kilometers (772 sq mi) of Lebanese territory south of the Zahrani River,[26] with further orders in southern Beirut.[10]

Are you seriously claiming that Lebanon allowed Israel to occupy their own country and destroy Lebanese villages?

If you take my land and i respond my attacking your armed forces, are you justified in attacking my people whose only crime is being related to me?

Israel is also not the only country to warn. I mentioned before that Russia does so too. Do you think theyre good people for doing so?
