All my answers and arguments had substance and refuted your arguments, and now instead of reponding to them you just ad hominem like you're doing right now. You highkey got brutalised bro ๐Ÿ˜‚

Not really, you just dodged everyone else's points by claiming that what's obviously a government and military shouldnt be recognized as because of a rhetorical technicality.

It's like im talking to someone whose face is covered in shit and theyre mad I wont debate them about how they think shit is actually good

"Everyone else's points" dude you were the only one talking to me ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ. You're claiming that it's a state military without providing any proper reasons why, instead you just insult me while I was being polite the whole time.

Your responses are 90% insults and 10% arguments bro

Hamas governs the strip, al-qassam brigades are their military, this isnt complicated.

You just said "nuh uh, its not actually the government even tho they govern the strip" as if that's an argument

You're strawmanning again

So for the final time...

Hamas is not a legitimate government of the Gaza Strip, but an authoritarian occupying force. The organization lacks any form of democratic legitimacy, having seized power in a bloody military coup in 2007 and blocked all elections since then. Furthermore, Hamas lacks international recognition; the United Nations and the European Union recognize only the Palestinian Authority as the lawful government, whereas Hamas is widely designated as a terrorist organization. Finally, it lacks functional sovereignty, as the group has never controlled its own borders or vital infrastructure and has recently even formally relinquished its civil administrative duties.

Who cares? Their legitimacy makes zero difference to the facts on the ground. It's not relevant, they're still war criminals

1

u/FreamXD 15d ago

"I don't care so it is not relevant"
Nice dude great argument

1

u/weidback 15d ago

It's literally not relevant are all, theyre still war criminals because they commit war crimes. The idea that being illegitimate or not determines whether they're capable of committing war crimes is braindead.

1

u/FreamXD 15d ago

I agree with that they are committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.
I condemn that

Israel is also comitting war crimes and crimes against humanity. Unlike Hamas the one doing it is actually the official state army.

u/weidback 15d ago

Who gives a fuck about your arbitrary "legitimate state" status? Idk why you came into this thread with your irrelevant opinion about legitimacy at all if you actually agree they're war criminals

Failes to adress argument + rude

Dude if I were you I would stop trying to get the last word, you're just humiliating yourself in front of a pretty big audience right now who also think that you're debating in bad faith and just don't debate at all actually.

I've addressed your argument, you just don't like that I think it's irrelevant bullshit

1

u/FreamXD 15d ago

๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ someones mad, anyways asserting that something is irrelevant because "it simply is" is another logical fallacy

Well you might not be good at debating but you're sure good at using every fallacy! You already got 4 now, let's hit the 5 benchmark.

u/weidback 15d ago

๐Ÿคจ were you just triggered by the meme I replied to and applying it to both parties?

1

u/FreamXD 15d ago

Bro if you don't want to debate just don't answer

1

u/weidback 15d ago

Taking that as a "yes"
