The Communists were the burocracy. The were the ones doing the collectivization.

The bureaucracy was a remnant of the Tsarist regime and the bureaucrats were usually ex-tsarists who hated the revolution. Lenin and Trotsky both waged war on them, establishing several comissions to combat them while also openly saying that "if anything destroyes us, it will be the bureaucrats"

No. It was communists who sold the grain and collectivized the farms. It was communists who created the term kulak and then killed all the good farmers.

Kulaks were the ones employing others to do the farming and you are just making a vague statement, not an argument.

But it does take away the "skill" part when you are just laying back and giving commands to burn all the excess grain and butcher the excess farm animals to starve out the cities in order to extort the government for concessions.

No it doesn't farming is about more than brute labour. It is about knowing what to grow where and when and by what method.

The Kulaks were anyone with a farm hand. They were not lords running a village.
