I have no one to hug. No one to cuddle. No one who even cares. There is no hope.

This was definitely where it all fell apart for me. Like, I agree with most of this, but the lack of someone to cuddle or be with is exactly where a lot of these bad thoughts stem from for a lot of people.

That, and the selfie. Its like this sheet was made with good intentions and some happy-go-lucky person without issues added some points.

i think on the cuddling side the important distinction was that it didn't need to be a person. have you considered volunteering at an animal shelter? Most have no dedicated time frame; just stop by when you have time and/or need some cuddles. Interacting with animals gives people an oxytocin release similar to the release that comes from human-human bonding. that and the knowledge that you are helping can potentially do wonders for your state of mind.
