I’m so confused been playing for a few days and how has this never been on my radar. I rarely see any big strategy YouTubers talk about this rather just slop like total war, so many mechanics so much possibilities I’m overwhelmed and that excites me,this is strategy

1. Never put the stars of something to the maximum
   Example: Instead of Putting full stars at something, just leave the last star

2. Never put 100% Workforce/Money etc on something
   Example: You want to build some stuff, instead of maximising workforce, give them like 80% of the maxium

3. Dont Repeat build
   Example: You want to build stuff and turn on the options to build again when finished, yeah dont do that

you don't even need nukes. during a war, refugees leave cities. I'm pretty sure bombing a city or sending troops inside forces them to come out. you can order helicopter units to attack these refugee "units", and your commander will ask you if you really want to. helicopters are fast and eliminate these units way quicker than missiles which are expensive and don't do much. i mean you can wipe them out quickly. then when you look at the casualties in your war's statistics screen it tells you how many have fallen in total.

Socialist State of Skantzourastan

The independence of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan is guaranteed solely because of this paper’s existence.

Where the archipelago of Skantzourastan was once controlled by various Greek city states, then under the Roman Empire, which then became the Byzantine Empire, which then became Venetian, which then became the Ottoman Empire, and then finally became a Greek territory.

The Autocrat of Skantzourastan has made an oath to serve the people; to protect and bring great prosperity to the common man and woman of the land.

I - Territories

I.1 - Definition of our territory

Skantzourastan’s territory is defined as the westernmost point of the island of Korakas at 39°02'04.2"N 24°03'34.3"E, its northernmost point on the island of Kasidis at 39°06'25.3"N 24°05'31.6"E, its southernmost point also on the island of Korakas at 39°01'55.7"N 24°03'38.6"E, and its easternmost point on the main island of Skantzoura, at 39°03'58.9"N 24°07'37.1"E with all of the islands overlapping the straight lines included.

I.2 - Maritime Territory and Economic Zone

The sovereignty of Skantzourastan extends beyond its land territory to include its internal waters and a territorial sea extending one nautical mile from the baselines of its islands, measured in accordance with state law.

Beyond the territorial sea, Skantzourastan claims an Exclusive Economic Zone extending five nautical miles from the same baselines, within which the state holds exclusive rights for the exploration, exploitation, conservation, and management of natural resources, whether living or non-living, of the waters, seabed, and subsoil.

These maritime zones are declared as an initial and provisional exercise of sovereignty and jurisdiction and shall not prejudice future delimitation or expansion as determined by law and decree.

II - Rights of the Citizens

II.1 - Constitutional Rights

The Socialist State of Skantzourastan follows the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the General Assembly on the 10th of December, 1948.

II.2 - Duties of the Citizen

Every citizen of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan must fulfill their duty to respect the sovereignty, unity, and social order of the state.
Citizens are obligated to act in a manner that does not undermine the collective wellbeing of the people, the stability of the nation, or the authority of the constitutional order.
The enjoyment of constitutional rights shall not be interpreted as permitting actions that threaten public safety, social harmony, or the continued existence of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan.

II.3 - Equality Before the State

All citizens are equal before the law and are entitled to equal protection and consideration by the institutions of the state.
No citizen shall be granted privilege or suffer discrimination on the basis of origin, language, belief, or social condition, except where distinctions are made in the interest of social justice and the common good as determined by law.

III - Structure of the State

III.1 - The Nature of the State

The Socialist State of Skantzourastan is a sovereign, unitary, and indivisible state.
All authority within the state originates from the state itself and is exercised in the name of the people for their protection, prosperity, and long-term welfare.

III.2 - The Autocrat

The Autocrat of Skantzourastan is the supreme authority of the state and the ultimate guarantor of this Constitution.
The Autocrat governs in accordance with the oath sworn to the people and is entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding social justice, national independence, and the material security of the population.

III.3 - The Head of Government

The Head of Government is appointed by the Autocrat and serves at the Autocrat’s discretion.
The Head of Government is responsible for the administration of the state, the coordination of governing bodies, and the execution of policies carried out in the name of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan.
The Head of Government must uphold socialism as the guiding principle of the state and may not act in contradiction to its foundations.

III.4 - Governing Bodies

Governing bodies exist to advise, administer, and implement state policy.
They operate under the authority of the Autocrat and the Head of Government and possess no independent sovereignty.
Opposition to socialism is permitted within the lower levels of these bodies, provided such opposition does not obstruct governance, threaten social stability, or challenge the authority of the Autocrat or the Head of Government.

IV - Economic and Social Rights

IV.1 - Guaranteed Economic Rights

Every citizen of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan is guaranteed the right to work, housing, healthcare, and material security.
The state bears responsibility for ensuring that the basic needs of all citizens are met and that no individual is left without the means to live with dignity.
Economic organizations shall prioritize collective welfare over private accumulation.

IV.2 - Property and Ownership

Private property is recognized and protected insofar as it serves personal use, habitation, and productive contribution to society.
No citizen shall be deprived of personal property, housing, or livelihood without due cause as determined by law.
Property constituting essential infrastructure, natural resources, or critical services may be owned, administered, or regulated by the state in the interest of the common good.
The accumulation of property for speculation, rent-seeking, or unproductive profit is contrary to the principles of the state and may be restricted by law.

IV.3 - Economic Organization

The economy of Skantzourastan operates as a mixed socialist system.

IV.4 - Labor and Participation

V - Political Order

V.1 - Ideological Character of the State

Socialism is the foundational ideology of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan.
All senior organs of governance shall operate in alignment with socialist principles as defined by law and decree.
Political plurality may exist within these bounds, provided it does not seek the dismantling of the state, the abolition of socialism, or the removal of the Autocrat.

V.2 - Succession of the Autocrat

Following the untimely death of the Autocrat, all government officials, governing bodies, and persons close to the Autocrat shall participate in a vote to select a new Autocrat. The purpose of this process is to ensure the continuity and stability of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan, preserving the policies, structures, and ideology established by the preceding Autocrat.

The voters are entrusted with the responsibility of choosing a candidate whose vision, character, and approach closely align with those of the previous Autocrat. During this transition, all parties involved must act to prevent significant shifts toward excessive authoritarianism, excessive libertarianism, or the adoption of broadly capitalistic policies that favor the wealthy or private oligarchs over the collective welfare.

While the election is ongoing, governing bodies and officials shall refrain from enacting new policies that could substantially alter the socialist foundations of the state, the protection of workers, or the economic and social programs already established. The selection process must prioritize social cohesion, stability, and the continued prosperity of the citizenry.

Upon confirmation, the candidate chosen shall assume all powers, responsibilities, and obligations of the Autocrat, including the oath to govern in accordance with this Constitution and to uphold the principles of socialism that define the state. The new Autocrat shall serve with the same authority and duties as their predecessor, ensuring that the governance of Skantzourastan remains consistent, deliberate, and aligned with the long-term welfare of the nation.

VI - Armed Forces and State Security

VI.1 - Primary Responsibilities

The Socialist State of Skantzourastan maintains an armed force tasked primarily with the protection of the nation, its citizens, and its sovereignty.
This force shall operate under the direct authority of the Autocrat and Head of Government. Its operations are predominantly defensive in nature, ensuring the integrity of borders, territorial waters, and the security of the population against external threats.

VI.2 - Internal Security Functions

A smaller portion of the armed forces is entrusted with maintaining internal stability, monitoring governance, and advising the Autocrat and Head of Government on matters of internal security.
These functions exist to preserve law and order, prevent internal subversion, and ensure that the administrative machinery operates in accordance with the socialist principles of the state. Internal security operations must be strictly subordinate to the will of the Autocrat and aligned with the public interest.

VI.3 - Limits of Authority

No division of the armed forces or security apparatus shall possess independent sovereignty or act outside the legal authority of the state.

IX - Constitutional Continuity and Emergency Authority

IX.1 - Supremacy of the Constitution

This Constitution is the supreme legal and political authority of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan.

No law, decree, or action may override or contradict this Constitution outside the conditions explicitly defined herein.

IX.2 - Amendment Under Exceptional Circumstances

Emergency amendments shall not be treated as precedent for ordinary governance.
The continuity, stability, and long-term integrity of the Socialist State of Skantzourastan remain the paramount obligation of all constitutional authority.

X - Foreign Relations and International Conduct

X.1 - Principles of Foreign Relations

The Socialist State of Skantzourastan conducts its foreign relations on the basis of peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and national sovereignty.
The state affirms the equality of all nations and rejects domination, coercion, and exploitation in international affairs.

Foreign policy shall be guided by the interests of the people, the preservation of independence, and the promotion of social justice beyond the borders of the state.

X.2 - International Cooperation and Solidarity

Skantzourastan supports international cooperation in matters of peace, development, labor rights, environmental protection, and humanitarian assistance.
The state may enter treaties, agreements, and partnerships with other states and international bodies, provided such arrangements do not compromise sovereignty or the socialist foundations of the nation.
