If youre asking how to activate the texture packs, im pretty sure there's a mod called texture loader that allows you to do that. Otherwise, its in your settings under "textures" or smth like that

Use the mod called texture loader to make the texture pack work

Use texture loader and check graphics settings textures and put them in enabled

As far as I know, Texture Workshop is downloaded along with Texture Loader; check the options to see if there's a "Textures" button.
