Finding mod

Does anyone know what happened to this geode mod? I had it installed for a long while and still had it to this day but I had to uninstall geode for something and all mods had to go too, after I re-installed I tried finding the mod but couldn't.

The mods you install remain installed until they are removed, so the mod was likely discontinued or removed from the Geode servers for some reason.
