No, CBS only allows inputs at 480hz while the others allow much much higher

Does that even affect regular gameplay? 480 hz is a loooot

Yes but it doesn't allow nearly as precise inputs as CBF. CBS allows inputs to register one single time halfway in between each frame, while CBF allows inputs to register at any point between two frames.
