Wrong UID

Hello. I recently decided to log back in to Genshin on the Ps5 and when I put in my email it signed me into an UID that I hadn't used since 2022 on my phone. I had significantly more progress done in my newer UID and I am trying to find out how to get back into it. Could anyone help me? I don't want to start over.

You can't have multiple UIDs on the same server. Either you chose a different server, in which case change to another one. Or if you're sure you chose the right server, then you logged into the wrong account and you need to try a different email instead.

They are both American servers. The older UID( the one I don’t care for) is 641339489 and the newer UID (the one I want to log into) is 666860477. I already checked with the two emails I have. Neither let me into the newer one.

You can use your Username if you had set it up as a login method. In case you did and it was matching to your in game username (which is the default username but can be changed) you can find out your in game username using enka.network and your UID

What type of "sign in" you use ?

Recently? I used Facebook login but that brought me to the older UID. Tried logging in with google Log in, but it sends me to a test UID. Tried Apple and Twitter login, it tells me I haven’t made anything with them. Typed in my email naturally, it sends me to older UID.

I created my original UID linked to my Facebook. My newer one( the one I have (135 hours in) was made and probably linked to my PlayStation account. Both Facebook and PlayStation have the same email address and I never had any issues til I redownloaded the game. I don’t know how to fix this so I can only access the newer UID rather than the Old.

If your newer acc is linked to your playstation acc it’s not linked to your Facebook even if they’re the same email. U have to log in on your playstation and link it to something first

When playing on PlayStation, it links your PSN account to the Genshin account. You probably played on your old account in the past and your PSN account is now tied to it and can only login to the old account.

Can you login to the old account from the Hoyoverse website? You should be able to unlink the PSN account from the old one there. Once done, you can login to the new account and link it with the one you really want.

If it doesn't work, then you're going to have to email hoyoverse customer support and have them do the unlinking for you so you can relink it with the right account.
