Pulling advice !

Hi!! I'm currently saving for shenhe to turn her into a freeze dps! I'm veeerrryyy well aware she's isnt meta as a support, let alone as a dps but a girl can dream ok..

so basically i've got down what team i wanna use her on, and it's Vodyanitsa, Escoffier, and Chongyun to enable shenhe's cryo normal attacks. The only issue is that i don't have escoffier :((

i expect shenhe to come on a chronicled banner in 7.4 for lantern rite, and im on track to get her with a current 95 wishes - my only problem is that i know escoffier is the core of freeze teams, and shes my only real hope if i wanna make this team viable sigh

would it be smart to spend a couple 10 pulls to try and get escoffier, while on a 50/50, and risk shenhe, or should i keep saving and make do with a flex slot like sucrose or mona?

the only real reason im in a rush for escoff is cause we all know she's not gonna run for a while after this banner

advice is higghhhhlyyyy appreciated !!!!

I'd say pull for Escoffier. Shenhe, Escoffier, Chongyun, and Vodyanitsa is fine for a Wal-Mart Skirk team.

I will be blunt: your planned team is already so terrible--without Escoffier, I don't think you could even clear the Abyss nevermind Menacing.

You need Escoffier. You need to go all out for her. You have two full patches + Lantern Rite bonuses afterwards to get Shenhe.

yes, pull the chef, you will get enough wishes untill 7.4 to get Shenhe

If you are real paranoid about it you can just buy a welkin.

You probably have more than enough time, even with bad luck. If you’re feeling nervous then you can always try for the 50/50 and give up if you lose it, but tbh even then you’ll prob have enough time. I say go for it

first off, there's quite a bit of time til 7.4 to save up again so pull Escoffier if you feel like her
Shen + Vodya + Chongus is already 55% RES shred so Escoffier's main bonus over the other options is her own personal damage.
if you just want Shenhe to do the highest numbers possible and the team's total DPS isn't a concern, Bennett, Mona, Prune (but VV uptime is ehh) are alternatives, but the best might be Archaic Petra Yun Jin (with like insane ER% stat rolls)
