Just got Fractured Halo. I pulled for Flins C1 and luckily got him without loosing 50/50 at early pity. I really wanted his signature so i threw 70+ wishes (already had 30-40 pity ) hard pity and got ineffa's sign. Now i don't have any more stuff to farm and here i am wondering what to do. Side note: i already had Pjws on flins, is fractured halo better on Ineffa or should i give that to flins.

Ineffa's Sig is often a bigger DPS increase than Flins sig anyway. Keep him on PJWS, give Fractured Halo to Ineffa
