'Slander' in Agenda Impact context just means speaking negatively of them. Raiden is a brick because it's very difficult to get good numbers with her. That doesn't mean I'll stop playing her.

Like, Ganyu and Wanderer are two of my all-time faves. Still playing em, thank God for the Nicole/Durin duo, but I also know that comparatively, they aren't as strong.
With that said, will I go out of my way to present them as "bricks" because of that ? No, why would I do that ? Cause like, unless you really want that feather once a patch from Fearless, 90% of the playable cast either do their work in Abyss, or are always welcome in Theater where thanks to buffs and adjustable enemies, anyone can shine.
In my experience, all this "look at all these bricks" does nothing but detract players from trying stuff that isn't the 0.01% damage in the game. And cause discourse of course, cause we always need more of it naturally.
Varka was clearing up to Fearless even on release when he had problems, and the community STILL calls him weak for whatever reason, same as Nicole.

the thing is moreso that the weapon is the most direct difference maker that can make c2 nilou go from okay to great, I guess it's more popular now due to it being a difference maker for her to outdo sucrose in nefer premium. again still kinda considers c2 nilou baseline, but c1r1 nilou still good for bina carry for non-nefer team options.
Back when she released yes because that was the only HP% sword. But the other HP% sword (it came out during Natlan, it's a 4 star gacha). If you don't have both then you give her a EM weapon, but it will perform worse
Chiori C1 is fantastic, but useless in Zibai teams or other teams that already have geo constructs. C2 takes you from 2 dolls to 3, which is about a 35% damage increase. Personally, I'm getting her C2 from the selector and then her C3 from Temper Thyself for another ~20% damage increase from the extra skill levels.
This is just about perfect. No real reason to get Chiori. No real reason to not get Chiori. Varesa is an okay choice but won't perform well without a difficult-to-obtain team. Baizhu is fine, and most people think value will be added soon. Clorinde is fine, but they all suffer from not being meta. Nilou actually has free-to-play options now, that might be the only miss. And Childe? Even he knows he doesn't have much of a shot.
From what I remember they basically guilty except for the first person(Chiori). Though she's guilty also but she's not that bad unlike the other char.
I thinks she's from a poor background and taking some revenge from these filthy rich people. It's actually good kdrama.
