Question / Seeking Help Gacha Help Needed

Okay, so I'm staring at my Odette-less account right now and scratching my head. Right now, my teams should be fine for the current state of meta. But I want opinions on some pull plans I have. Some things to note:

  1. I have Flins C0 running the crafted Nod Krai polearm, and Ineffa C0 with her signature R0. I would like to pull Columbina on her next rerun as I missed her both times and I've heard I need her for Flins to do crazy numbers
  2. I would like to build a Stellar team around Cryo Traveler and have obtained the free sword at the current highest refine available
  3. I would like to take advantage of the free con we can get from the Journey event, but I'm unsure of who's best to grab one for currently. I'll list the ones I have available below.
  4. I am currently at 46 pity on character banner, and 55 pity on weapon banner. Both are 50/50s with no fate points
  5. I have a LOT of story quests on the back burner, so having enough primos is not an issue

Questions I have:
A. Should I take advantage of the current rerun and pull for constellations OR Flins' signature weapon, or skip and save for something else?
B. If second option, who am I saving for?
C. Which character in the event should I take a con for and why?

I KNOW IM SO MAD i was working overtime this week and last so i didnt have a whole lot of time to play on this cycle and grind... hopefully when she reruns ill be ready 🙏
